Do you ever feel you are on a ball that is wobbling and unsteady?
Atop you are – dancing to keep the balance.
If only you would bring to be the peace in thee.
Then you would be at one with the one who gives all to thee.

In the message when The Circle of The Light say ‘Keep lifting, keep reaching’, they want us to increase our vibration level. Some ways we can do this are:
- Meditation by yourself or preferably in a meditation group as the energy is multiplied
- Giving or receiving hands on energy healing such as Reiki or Spiritual Healing
- Asking in prayer, or during meditation for your spirit guides to increase your vibration level to the maximum that is safe for you at this time.
