Offer Empathy

Awaken the sensitivity centre within your being, the centre of awareness that has come to you through your many experiences in life.

All of these experiences will allow you to connect with others through empathy. Offer your empathy as a listening ear and with an understanding nod. Do not dominate, allow their story to unfold.

o Be comforting not smothering.
o Be supportive.
o Be understanding.
o Become a friend.

Remember they need to work through their events just like you. Allow them to seek within and discover their inner wisdom and beauty so they heal.

Let them lay the foundation for their sensitivity centre to offer empathy to those in need.

Place no restrictions on yourself

We urge all to place no restrictions or limitations on their journey in life.

Embrace the freedom of the times you live.

Allow yourselves to unfold and expand.

Accept that whatever your journey in life presents unto you:

* it is worthwhile,
* it is meant to be,
* it is what you asked for and agreed to,
* it is part of your blueprint,
* it is possible to meet anything you see as a challenge.

What is impossible to the mind is possible to the spirit. There are no limitations so do not allow the mind to limit your experience in life.

Be in the freedom of your time and be the divine being that you are. See everything as being good for you.

Find freedom in adversity and you will be truly free.

You are energy. All are energy. All existence is energy.

In meditation you let go of your physical form. The busy mind is quietened. And you allow the pure energy that you are to be present.

So you will see, feel, sense and BE, the magnificent being of Light and love that you truly are.

When you accept and know that you are pure energy you will know the source of all creation is with you and that you are one.

Everyone you know or have ever known is part of your journey and eternally exist as energy. The physical form is not all that there is.

On meditation

In the quiet we come, as this is when there is time and space in your beingness for us to touch your physical awareness with the bountiful mysteries of the essence of yourselves.

When you earnestly seek this quiet time you will let the light of creation encompass you with the light of many colours. This energy will strengthen and deepen your focus and take your consciousness to the realm beyond your daily awareness. Much wisdom, understanding, guidance, healing and love are available to you in your quiet space.

When it is time for you to hear, see or sense spirit you will. When it is time for healing it will happen, when it is time for guidance you will be shown the way, when it is time to channel you will and so on.

Build your connection so the essence of thee will guide you always. Be strong in spirit and let that be what is reflected through your physicality in your experiences in life. Know the joy of living physically, united and in harmony with Spirit.

The word ‘Love’

The most important word in the language of all humanity is Love. Love lives within you, it goes everywhere you go, so it is with you now and will be with you for eternity. Love is the energy that will always sustain you. It is necessary to the physical human experience just as it is to the spiritual existence.  Love is forever you. 

Acknowledge and recognise the love that you are and let the love within you be what speaks, sees and takes action in your life. Allow the love that you are to flow.

The Great Creator formed all humanity sealing love within each being.  Love is the greatest gift humanity has been given.  Open the gift of Love and give of it generously every day to yourself and all existence you encounter.

Love is what forever will be  – so know now how important it be!

Healing Earth

Constant attention is being given to healing channels on Earth at this time. They are so needed to allow the new energy of love to penetrate all those that seek help and their way on their path. The more who receive and are opened, the easier our job will be and the sooner Earth Plane will be healed.

It is not just the people on the Earth that need healing, Earth is crying out for healing at this time. The people on the Earth are responsible for some of the affects on the Earth, but through their knowingness of love they can project themselves as a healing force upon the Earth.

Encourage those who already acknowledge our presence to spread this energy to awaken those around them, because that’s how it will spread. It is like the ripple on the water. In the centre it starts, and it moves out and touches the next and the next until the entire pond is full of ripples. This is what we would like to see happen with the energy of love on Earth.
