Nourish the spirit

Seek with sincerity to nourish the spirit within. The spirit, soul, essence needs unconditional love which will allow the heart to give and receive love.

Being a transmitter and a receptor is the way forward. Balance will prevail when the energy of love is exchanged in all transactions.

Unconditional love is an acceptance of who and what you are inside and outside. Be all that you are – be the human being that you are. Use all your senses to bring joy, happiness, fun and laughter to your existence.

Show your character/personality; be strong; be understanding; be compassionate; speak honest words; be accepting and you will be loving, coming from the heart. A heart that is open through the experiences that nourish it.
